The reservation is validated only if you have received a confirmation from STARLIGHT CRUISES and upon your payment of a deposit. Any amendment should be sent and approved by STARLIGHT CRUISES in advance.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 30-days before the check-in date.
•    More than 30 days prior to check-in:              No cancellation charge
•    From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in:             25% of total rates
•    From 10 to 5 days prior to check-in:               50% of total rates
•    From 5 days prior to check-in:                        100% of total rates
•    No-Show:                                                        100% of total rates

Children policy and extra bed policy
Children under 6 years old
•    Free of charge   – sharing room, bed, food with parents.
•    In case more than 1 child (maximum 3 children) under 6 years old sharing cabin with parents must use and pay for an extra bed.
•    In case 2 children under 6 sharing cabin with 1 adult: pay a single cabin and pay for extra bed if require.
•    Childen are served food as individual guests if an extra bed is paid.
Children from 6 to 11 years old

•    Sharing cabin with parents, must pay for an extra bed. Maximum 1 child older than 6 years old can share cabin with 2 adults.
•    In case 2 children book a room, pay 80% of normal double room.
•    In case 1 child sharing cabin with an adult: Pay 90% of normal double room totally.
•    Children are served food, tickets, shuttle bus, etc. as adult.
•    Other children policy will be consulted in details by STARLIGHT CRUISE upon request.
Extra bed
•    An adult sharing cabin with 2 other persons must use an extra bed and pay for that extra bed.
Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required upon a confirmation of your booking. Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.  The remaining balance of the tour price should be paid at least 1 day prior to check in at our office or Online Payment.

Payment
The full payment of the trip must be made at least 1 day before departure date for all the members, both for the single reservation and for the group reservation. The payment can be made either via online by Paypal or by credit card (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) or in cash at our office.
Cash payment applied for paying for the remaining balance at our offices under agreement between customer and STARLIGHT CRUISES. Payment by credit card ( Paypal) would be charged 2-4% bank fee for each transaction.
Refund
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email. Before a determination regarding a refund can be made, all cruises documents must be returned to STARLIGHT CRUISE, Partial use of cruise, airfare, hotel and land extensions does not qualify a guest for a refund. All refund requests pertaining to cruise and other service are subject to final review by STARLIGHT CRUISE

Travel documents
Service Voucher(s) will be compiled after the deposit has been received and is/are sent to guests prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.
It is the guests’ obligation to obtain a valid passport, visas and public health documents for all service.
Responsibility
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control.
STARLIGHT CRUISES affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, and delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
